Patty Folan joined ERA in 1997 and brings to public and private clients 17 years of experience in economic development and market analysis. Over the past several years she has been involved in several diverse projects in the areas of urban revitalization, mixed-use and ‘smart growth’ development. She has worked on a number of studies that have analyzed the market support and potential financial impact of retail and entertainment oriented developments. She has also analyzed strategies and market support for several historic downtown districts. Recent representative projects include Branson Landing in Branson, Missouri, Gaylord Hotel in San Diego, and Tucson Origins Park in Arizona.
Patty holds a Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining ERA, she was a senior planner with The Rouse Company, a major retail developer.
