Aaron Smith, Senior Associate
Aaron Smith joined ERA in 2006 with 10 years of experience in economic development and regional business policy. Mr. Smith’s projects focus on regional economic development strategies and real estate market demand with recent projects that include regional land use capacity growth assessment, real estate demand for mixed-use town center projects, parcel-level highest and best use analysis, and long-term revitalization strategies. His previous experience includes regional industry cluster strategies, military base reuse, and federal real property disposition. Prior to joining ERA, he was with Booz Allen Hamilton’s real property strategies practice and has previous experience in startup marketing & business plan consulting and regional economic development programs. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a co-founder of the eCoast Technology Roundtable and NetworkNH and is an active member of the International Economic Development Council.
