Anne has over nine years of experience in entertainment, recreation and real-estate-oriented analysis and feasibility studies. She has provided analysis for, and overseen a variety of projects that include feasibility studies for recreation and real estate-oriented uses ranging from fairgrounds and equestrian centers, to high-rise condominiums and resorts. She is also part of the film industry practice at ERA, specializing in strategic development strategies for local and regional film commissions, including real estate oriented developments such as production studios.
Prior to joining ERA, Anne worked in the legal department of Warner Bros. International Theatres and in the international division of a Los Angeles-based real estate firm. She holds a Masters degree in International Management from the American Graduate School (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
