Ben joined the firm in 1995 following the completion of a Masters Degree in Tourism Management. Since that time has undertaken a broad range of studies relating to tourism and leisure development throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Over recent years his work has tended to focus on large-scale mixed-use and resort development projects incorporating such land uses as residential real estate, hotels, golf, visitor attractions and marinas. His areas of expertise include market analysis, concept development and business planning.
