Since joining ERA in 2003, Christian has completed national and international assignments in the area of economic and fiscal impact, real estate market analysis, downtown revitalization, transportation, brownfield redevelopment, resorts, recreation and tourism, utilizing and analyzing a variety of data sources and socio-economic and demographic indices.
Prior to joining ERA, Christian worked in Augsburg and Landsberg, Germany for BKC and OPLA, consulting practices focused on community consulting, land-use, downtown revitalization and redevelopment, business park and infrastructure development, planning and economic impact assessments, working closely with clients seeking a new location for their businesses, local Chambers of Commerce, Cities and Planning Authorities, providing new ideas on commercial zones, CBDs and location development for retail, service and industrial businesses.
Christian has a Masters Degree in Economic Geography and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University Augsburg, Germany.
