David heads ERA's European attractions and urban development team and his areas of expertise lie in theme parks, visitor attractions, sports and recreation developments, and urban mixed-use schemes.
Recent projects have included: financial due diligence for theme park and attraction acquisitions; business planning and feasibility studies for new recreation attractions and developments; and market and economic evaluations for large mixed-use schemes. With the office covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, David’s work over recent years encompasses projects throughout the region.
