David joined ERA in 1996 and serves as the Firm’s Recreation Real Estate Practice Group leader. His professional practice focuses on recreation and hospitality real estate uses, with a specific emphasis on resorts and amenity development, golf and golf-related real estate uses, hotels and other hospitality uses, public park systems, and other leisure oriented development. Prior to joining ERA, he spent several years in the ski, restaurant and hotel industry, followed by several years of hotel and recreation consulting with PKF. Dave is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
