David Stone, Senior Associate

 

David has approximately nine years of experience in the planning and analysis of real estate projects. His past work has focused primarily on market and financial feasibility and economic and fiscal impact analyses of sports, entertainment, and recreation projects such as stadiums and arenas, amphitheaters, and sports complexes. He has also been involved in the planning and development of a number of other types of public-use facilities, including convention and conference centers, hotels, and fairgrounds, and his clients have included public agencies, private developers, sports franchises, financial institutions, and universities.

 

David has been a frequent speaker at industry events and has published articles in numerous industry publications. He is also the author of “Chicago’s Classical Architecture: The Legacy of the White City,” and is an adjunct professor of sports finance at Loyola University Chicago. He has an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Strategic Decision Making from Loyola and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Spanish.
