Diane’s professional practice focuses on market demand and economic analysis, strategic planning, and transaction-related services for real estate investors and developers, public agencies, and financial institutions. Her assignments include a variety of public and private sector consulting projects which require her to assess market strength and analyze the financial feasibility of a wide array of real estate products. Specific land uses evaluated for both large-scale and small-scale projects include residential, hotel, retail and recreation-related with an emphasis on golf.
Diane has a B.A. degree in Business/Economics and Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a M.A. degree in Urban Planning from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
