Gene has conducted a broad range of research and consulting assignments in resort, golf, hotel, and real estate economics during his 30-year tenure with ERA. He has specialized in analyzing acquisition/disposition opportunities, development feasibility, and valuation. Increasingly, he serves as a consultant in providing economic and financial input in concept development and the land use master planning process.
Gene received a B.A. degree in Mathematics & Economics from Pomona College and an M.S. degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser as licensed by the State of California.
