Guy joined ERA in 2005 and has conducted a wide range of feasibility assignments for resorts and mixed-use schemes within the EMEA region. These include integrated golf resorts in Scotland, Mallorca, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Zanzibar and Fiji as well as pioneering mixed-use developments in Croatia, and Russia. Guy has also undertaken studies into trends within the condo-hotel and seasonal ownership sectors. Prior to joining ERA, Guy worked for five years at Taj Hotels, India’s leading hotel group.
