Jaime Flaherty, Senior Associate
Jaime Flaherty joined ERA in June 2005. Her work primarily focuses on real estate market and financial feasibility analyses, program development, and preliminary fiscal and economic impact analyses with a concentration in mixed-use and residential projects. Jaime has worked with both private and public-sector clients nationwide with recent projects that include real estate demand for mixed-use town center projects and traditional neighborhood developments, highest and best use analysis, and residual land value analysis. Prior to joining the firm, she studied at the University of Pennsylvania receiving a Masters in City Planning from the School of Design and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the Wharton School of Business. Jaime previously worked at Andersen Consulting in the Finance division and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is an active member of the Young Leaders of the Urban Land Institute.
