Jessica specializes in preparing detailed market and economic analyses for leisure and mixed-use developments and has experience working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.
Recent projects include feasibility studies for proposed theme parks in Dubai, Poland, and the UK, and for the Heineken Experience, Legoland Denmark and the Al Ain Zoo and Safari Park. Jessica is currently working on several large-scale leisure and mixed use developments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
She has also undertaken in-depth commercial due diligence and industry analyses for major leisure acquisitions and financial transactions including The Tussauds Group (now Merlin Entertainments), StarParks (formerly Six Flags Europe, now Grevin et cie) and Parques Reunidos. She has advised private equity firms including Apax, Blackstone, Carlyle, Cinven, Palamon and Permira on leisure-related transactions.
Jessica has worked in the leisure industry in Bermuda, North America and Europe since 1994, in operations management, capital projects and finance. She has recently spoken at conferences including TiLE and Leisure Industry Week. Jessica is originally from Bermuda and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
