Judith Taylor has conducted a broad array of economic analyses for both public and private clients since joining ERA.
Ms. Taylor has strong technical skills in building fiscal and economic impact models that can fit a variety of client needs. Ms. Taylor specializes in customized fiscal revenue and cost modeling for community & specific plans, mixed-use developments and for individual developments. Ms. Taylor also specializes in economic development impacts and has provided impacts for large scale retail and entertainment centers, mixed-use developments, and the wide-scale activities of private corporations. Judith was recently a key participant in building a global methodology template for the company-wide economic impact of the world’s premier theme park operator.
Other project experience includes public policy analysis and economic strategies for residential, retail, office, and industrial land uses.
Judith holds a Masters in Public Policy and Urban Planning with a focus on community economic development from Harvard University. Ms. Taylor received her bachelors in economics from Stanford University. Judith is a member of the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute.
