Lance Harris, Senior Associate
Lance works within ERA’s Real Estate and Economic and Planning Groups, providing clients with financial analysis, market demand and feasibility studies, economic and fiscal impact assessments, transit-oriented development planning, economic development strategies, and mixed-use programming recommendations.
He holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the School of Policy, Planning, and Development at the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut. He is also a member of the American Planning Association.
