Linda has over 10 years of experience in land use economics and real estate consulting for public, private, and non-profit clients. She specializes in the economic analysis for cultural facilities, economic planning for cities, housing strategies and policy, and economic impact analysis. She has extensive experience throughout the United States as well as in Asia.
Linda is also an active participant of several civic and community organizations. She was recently appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom to serve on the San Francisco Redevelopment Commission, and for close to 10 years prior to this, was the Chair of the Housing Subcommittee for the San Francisco Citizen’s Committee on Community Development, an advisory body to the Mayor on CDBG funding. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Chinese Historical Society of America and is the President of the California Dragon Boat Association.
Linda holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Stanford University.
