Mark E. Dvorchak, Vice President


Mark has extensive consulting experience with recreation real estate. He brings his background in the entertainment industry, strong education in quantitative evaluation, and fluency in technology to provide clients with state-of-the-art analysis techniques that provide new insight and perspective on complex land use projects. He is currently working (or has recently worked) on several major casino and theme park projects, both domestically and internationally. In addition, Mark has consulted on a wide range of destination resort projects, entertainment retail projects, and mixed-use projects. He has also lead the analysis of unique projects such as Space Tourism forecasts for NASA.


Mark is part of ERA’s Recreation Real Estate Practice Group in ERA's Los Angeles office, which focuses on the economics of land uses that include entertainment or leisure elements. He coordinates ERA’s Gaming Industry Practice, which specializes in gaming and recreation land uses. Mark received an M.B.A from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A in 1994 specializing in entertainment and strategy. He also has a B.S degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana.
