A member of ERA’s Entertainment and Recreation Practice Group, Matt studies the market potential and financial performance of large scale entertainment developments. From casino resorts to urban entertainment retail districts, Matt has advised clients on land use options, available markets, program sizing, and economic feasibility. Project clients have included casino operators, entertainment companies, and real estate developers.
Prior to joining ERA, Matt was an independent consultant specializing in analysis of attraction and entertainment retail development. Clients included private equity groups, non-profits, and a multi-national consumer products company. For his clients, he provided financial analysis, attendance estimates, program strategies and operational feasibility.
Matt holds a B.S. from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
