Nadja joined ERA in 2003 and has conducted a wide range of market assessment and feasibility assignments in the EMEA region. These include integrated golf resorts in Cape Verde, Morocco, Spain and Tunisia, and marina developments in Croatia, Cyprus and Montenegro. 

 

Besides her primary focus on the golf and marina sectors, Nadja has also conducted studies within the residential and commercial real estate and visitor attraction sectors.  These include a feasibility study for the Bibliotheca of Alexandria in Egypt with a focus on urban regeneration, and due diligence assistance for the purchasers of the Six Flags Europe group of theme parks. Other major projects include feasibility analyses for mixed use developments in Ireland, Italy, Libya, Morocco, Portugal, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.

 

Nadja works with the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA), a group comprising the leading 40 attractions in the UK, on the annual financial benchmarking assessment that examines over 40 performance and financial benchmarks for heritage sites, museums, galleries and leisure attractions across the UK.

 

Prior to joining ERA, Nadja worked for Ernst & Young where her key assignment was tourism strategy development plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
