Dick has been a market and feasibility consultant for 28 years directing a variety of economic revitalization and urban development strategies for public and private clients. His experience includes years of careful market research for all aspects of tourism development and impact analysis, involving economic & financial analyses of real estate projects, consensus and capacity building for tourism / entertainment development entities and addition, project financial strategies revitalization and growth strategies for industry sectors. Dick has a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, attended the Illinois Institute of Technology for Urban Planning, and has a MA in Urban Studies from Loyola University.
