Robert Wolcheski joined the Washington, DC office of Economics Research Associates in 2003. His experience has focused on real estate market analysis and complex project financial analysis for major mixed-use projects in existing and emerging urban centers. He utilizes his background in economics to develop sophisticated modeling tools for forecasting market demand, determining financial feasibility and tax increment financing potential, and projecting earned revenues for public facilities.
