As managing partner of the Los Angeles corporate headquarters office of ERA, Steve divides his time between management duties and professional consulting. As a 25-year member of ERA's professional staff, he has developed particular expertise in the field of cultural and entertainment facility development. Much of his work in the past several years has centered on evaluations of new development or expansion of entertainment facilities. His clients range from Disney, Universal Studios, Warner Bros., and Paramount to the San Diego Zoo, the California State Fair, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
Steve has extensive experience in Korea, Singapore, China, and other countries in Asia. He has headed ERA project teams on over 20 studies in the Pacific Rim, including new project development for Samsung, Hyundai, and Lotte in Korea. He recently led ERA's research team on the feasibility study for the new Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, studied marine attraction potentials in Macao, developed the successful reuse strategy for the South Bank Parklands in Brisbane, Australia, and headed ERA's research project team to provide strategic directions for expanding North American market penetration by Hong Kong Films for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
